Project Background
AEC was appointed by the client to support the successful securing of DfE capital funding for the replacement of the school’s heating plant and hot water services. The existing boiler had reached end of life and presented an imminent risk of failure, threatening the reliability of essential building services.
The project delivered a new, energy-efficient heating installation, improving heat output and ensuring consistent hot water provision throughout the school. The upgraded system provides a more resilient and sustainable solution, supporting the day-to-day operation of the site and enhancing comfort for students and staff.
