Project Background
AEC worked closely with the client to design and specify the full refurbishment of multiple roof areas across this primary school, replacing coverings that were more than 50 years old.
The project encompassed both flat and pitched roof structures, requiring tailored technical solutions to enhance weather protection, improve thermal performance, and deliver long-term durability. The scope also included essential upgrades to insulation and drainage systems, ensuring full compliance with current Building Regulation standards.
Completed to a high standard, the works have provided a robust and resilient roofing solution, safeguarding the school’s estate and supporting a safe, watertight environment for students and staff for years to come.
