This project delivered a dedicated Business & Administration T Level teaching suite, transforming an underused second-floor shell-and-core area into fully operational, industry-standard learning facilities.

The completed scheme provides two general teaching classrooms, a practical mock open-plan office environment, meeting and interview rooms, and associated staff office space. The works created a modern, professional setting designed to support both academic learning and real-world workplace skills.

The refurbishment included new internal partitions and fire-rated doors, suspended ceilings with integrated LED lighting, commercial-grade floor finishes, bespoke joinery, full redecoration, and compliant wayfinding signage. Mechanical and electrical services were fully integrated throughout, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and small power distribution.

The result is a flexible, high-quality teaching environment, ready to support curriculum delivery and student development.
