Francesca White

Francesca joined AEC in January 2025 after completing her first year studying BSc (Hons) Building Surveying at Anglia Ruskin University. She joined AEC to expand her knowledge within the Construction Industry and further her learning.

The Chartered Building Surveying Degree Apprenticeship allows Francesca to solidify her knowledge through the application of her studies. Francesca is working alongside valued Building Surveyors to gain a comprehensive understanding of projects from start to finish. This allows her to develop professional relationships and prompt the beginning of her career journey. Francesca aspires to progress within AEC, working towards becoming a chartered member of RICS.

Francesca has gained work experience at a local Building Surveying practise, arranging quotations, preparing, and distributing Building Surveys, and responding to customer queries.
