Jake Sach

Jake graduated with First-Class Honours (BSc Hons Building Surveying) from the University of the Built Environment.

Before joining Academy Estate Consultants, he gained almost two decades of hands-on construction experience across a variety of roles, from site supervision to business ownership.

This practical foundation, combined with his surveying degree, enables him to approach projects with a detailed and pragmatic understanding of building performance. He is now pursuing RICS chartership to further develop his professional expertise.
