Luke began his career as a Building Surveying Degree Apprentice in 2022, working at a building consultancy while studying at Anglia Ruskin University.

Since joining AEC as an Apprentice Building Surveyor in May 2025, he has continued to develop his project management and contract administration skills through direct involvement in project delivery and close collaboration with the Senior Project Management team.

He is currently working towards the final year of his degree and is set to graduate in July 2026. Following graduation, he plans to further progress towards achieving Chartership.
