Martin Berry

Martin is a Chartered Building Surveyor who joined AEC in September 2024, with extensive experience within the Education sector - acting as Employers Agent, Project Manager and Contract Administrator on a variety of schemes.

With experience in managing insurance reinstatement contracts, Martin has a diverse skill set with previous experience in the commercial market, local authority matrix and education field. Martin has developed a number of professional client relationships, with experience in the commercial market and gaining new experience in the aviation sector, alongside maintaining an existing growing education client base. Martin can provide RAAC Identification and remediation services alongside full building surveys. 

Martin has over 20 years of experience in Building Surveying Consultancy his professional attitude allows him to meet and exceed client expectations and form good working relationships, which is essential in managing and delivering successful projects on time and to budget.
