Ryan leads and oversees the Projects and Surveying team, providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and governance to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality services across the business.

He provides strategic leadership across a diverse portfolio of new build and refurbishment projects, acting as Employer’s Agent and Contract Administrator from inception through to completion. Ryan is adept at managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams and environments, combining technical expertise with a clear focus on delivering successful, value-driven outcomes for clients.

Alongside his project delivery responsibilities, Ryan brings in-depth expertise in core building surveying services, including defect analysis, planned maintenance programmes, schedules of condition, and the management of refurbishment and reactive works. He is recognised for delivering pragmatic, considered advice and for upholding the highest professional standards across all aspects of project, surveying, and estate management services.
